Why this exists.

The first client showed us the problem that nobody was solving for restaurant app operators.

We sat down with Societea, the first operator we ever audited. Their marketing team was spending real money on campaigns and had no attribution visibility into what was actually driving business, especially where the restaurant app was concerned. Downloads, sessions, and in-store checkouts were three separate stories no one could reconcile.

They couldn't track essential app metrics like wallet loads, the exact signal that predicts whether a customer is going to come back next week. And the loyalty tab in their app wasn't really a program, it was a punch card with no tier logic, no redemption math, and no way to measure whether any of it was working.
